JDH, Inc. is consistently updating their testing equipment and education in the efforts to stay current with the industry standards when it comes to verification of remediation to a structure. By continuously updating our testing equipment and education, it allows verification that the contractor is using accurate quantities of drying / dehumidification equipment within structures as well as following the current industry standard, which is set by the IICRC.
REMEDIATION VERIFICATION
- Create an analysis using the Indoor Environmental Professional’s (IEP) protocol to confirm that containment and negative air equipment is being performed as written
- Following IEP protocol, confirm by observations that proper PPE (personal protective equipment) is being utilized
- Analysis of presented documentation for scope and cost are being performed as agreed upon
- Validation that remediation scope has been completed as written by the IEP protocol
